The little ` thingy is something I don't know what function to make it do. Does anyone have an idea?

There is no such thingy in mathematics. It may just be something else or just a typo.

On a worksheet, in cell A1, enter
=1/(row()-55)
then press "Enter"
Then highlight that cell and press Ctrl-C to copy it.
Then move the cursor into cell A2.
Press the Shift key.... and hold it down while pressing the "Page Down" key until you reach cell A100.
All the cells (A2 to A100) should be highlighted.
Press Ctrl-V to paste the formula into the cells.
Now, press "Esc" to turn off the highlight of the cells.
Now click on "insert" and select graph.
Selecf a simple line graph... the first option in line graphs.

You'll have your graph... sort of. It connects across the discontinuity at x=3.
