nooo, most of scandinavian even haven't have blue eyes and blond hair.....im finnish i have dark and brown eyes

Blonde hair is by no ability unique to Scandinavia. whilst blonde hair is maximum situation-loose in important Scandinavia, it does not persist with that any one with blonde hair is of Scandinavian descent. Nor does it persist with that any one with dark hair isn't of Scandinavian descent.

It depends.. I have blonde hair ans blue eyes and I'm scandinavian and Czech.

I don't know. I'm not remotely scandinavian and I'm a quarter black but I still have blonde hair and blue eyes....

as much as I know about groups of people, I don't know if those characteristics are singularly from people of Nordic backgrounds
ask a racial geneticist or an anthropologist maybe
