If you mean straight lines of infinite length (which you probably do), then it's 1.

If you have 2 points, only one line can be drawn between them. So the most your answer can be is 1.

The three points being colinear just means that they are on a line. If they weren't colinear, the answer would be none.

Hint:

1) Get out a piece of paper and draw three colinear points on it (look up "colinear" in your book if you forgot what it means).

2) How many lines can you draw, that will contain all 3 points?

only 1. collinear means they are in a straight line. linear=line
