Last night. I live in NYC and I had my apartment door unlocked so that my roomie could get in without having to ring and wake me up, and just as I was falling asleep I heard someone closing my door, so I naturally assumed it was the roomie. Then after a couple minutes and nothing else happened, I got freaked out and went out to the living room and no one was there. I'm still not 100% sure what caused that because I know what I heard, but the neighbors told me that there were a couple homeless people nearby who would walk into any apartment with an unlocked door and make themselves at home. Oh....that being said, I guess I need to go check out my closets...bbs!

Just last night! I woke up a little after three in the morning and heard strange noises outside. When they wouldn't stop, I got up to peek out the door. When I opened the door, a family of raccoons all scrambled to get off the porch where they'd been eating a bowl of dry cat food I leave out for the strays in the neighborhood!

When i saw the 4-5 foot watermoccosin that was on my front porch no more than an arms length away from my dog and I
I am STILL creeped out 2 weeks later!

Four weeks ago.
My brother-in-law calls up to say that "dad" had a heart attack and was in the hospital and he couldn't get ahold of my wife.
I found out later, he had a fainting spell owing to new medication, but hit his head and they wanted to keep him for observation

About 45 minutes ago when a complete idiot in a Fed Ex semi pulled right out in front of me... He came to a stop.. looked right at me and waited until I was almost to the stree and pulled right out.

Tuesday when i got jumped by loads of girls i was very little bit frightened!!! Just a couple of bruisers!!!
