Is there any way i can look up the code of my violation(statute, regulation, or Ordinance number)?

It is 2C: 33-150
i am not sure if it is a colon or semi colon
and i am not sure if it is a C. I cant think of anything else it can be.
I dont think its a c because there is no curve on the bottom

Start be finding the website for whatever government entity issued the citation. Even if you are sure of the number, it will have a different meaning is different states/countries.
