Molecular weight HNO3 =63 g/mol
0.32 g / 63 = 0.00508 moles HNO3
M = moles / L = 0.00508 / 0.050 L = 0.101 M
HNO3 is a strong acid
HNO3 >> H+ + NO3-
[H+] = 0.101 M

The RMM of HNO3 is 63.077g/mol.
0.32g of nitric acid contains (0.32 / 63.077) mol
which is equal to 0.00507 moles.

0.00507 moles are now in 0.05 L hence 20 times as much will be in 1L ( since 1 is 20 times greater than 0.05) which is 0.1014 moles.
The concentration of H ions is equal to the concentration of the whole solution and is hence 0.1014 mol/L
