When applying it, it tends to spread through my room's floor. VERY MESSY. Just wondering if I should worry! Thanks!

No...not to worry. I would think that they would reduce the possibilities of insects.

Not that I have ever heard of. Most baby powder is just cornstarch with a scent. Spreading any food type product could entice bugs.

It shouldn't be a problem. One suggestion though, apply the cornstarch while standing on a towel. Then, you can pick the towel up and the cornstarch won't spread everywhere....

I don't think so. I've used cornstarch bath powder for many years and don't have a problem. We do get ants but we get them elsewhere in the house and only once a year. Putting down ant traps gets rid of them pretty fast.

no u should not worry. cornstarch takes moister out and has no smell. If any bugs eat it it would make them vary dehydrated

I agree with Charlotte. I think the little buggies don't like the fine powder on their little feet.
