i think yes, because using condom can help prevent pregnancy and diseases.

They are effective enough in most cases, though they are not effective against some diseases and are not 100% safe for pregnancy prevetion. There is no 100% safe sex, so if you are thinking about having sex and are concerned about safety you should check into what diseases your partner might have and ask a doctor about prevention. Or just stick to oral/anal.

I had a Trojan condom break on me 8 months ago and now I'm 8 months pregnant. My husband and I had been successfully using condoms for 11 years and this is the first time, that I remember, one broke. They may be 97% eeffective, but I've got the 3% right here.

Not alone they are not.

This is coming from a mother of twins conceived while using Trojan Condoms - the ones in the silver box if that makes a difference.

It really doesn't matter what the brand name of the condom but, the fact that you wear the condom. It is about 98% effective in birth control.

If used correctly, next to abstinence it is the safest way to prevent pregnancy and disease. Keep it in your pants, though, and you're even MORE safe!

I think the commercials sucked really bad, and I was in a room with three teen boys when I saw it. We all ended up laughing about it for a while, and we actually got to discussing it. Maybe they could of chose a better approach?..........

yes as long as the condom is latex, not expired, or used with petroleum jelly, it is pretty effective in preventing disease and pregnancy.

yes they are a start but you should also use the pill and a spemacide with it the more protection the better
