Yea, I'd love to be sent to a concentration camp in my own country just because I'm not a Muslim. I don't know what kind of report you're looking at, and 46% of what done, but if you want a government run by Iraqis, GO TO IRAQ! I think it was Sean Hannity who did an interview with an Iraqi, and when the Iraqi was asked if they would stop hating America if we pulled out and left the rest of the world to completely do their own thing, he said they would still hate us. What would make you (Iraqis) not hate us anymore? The answer? We convert. That's it. That's why they hate us. So they will never cease to attack us until they forsake their religion, which they won't. And whatever "things" the Iraqi government got done according to you would not be worth being run by a bunch of extremists who want to kill us becuase we're not Muslims.

You can replace Congress with them IF they become US citizens. They are old enough to to that.
Sorry Dear, you can't replace the President with an Iraqi UNLESS they are a natural born citizen of the US.
