I am the best looking kid in my class, the next best person is a guy who cannot talk straight and look like a cross between a fish and a bear and then hit by a hammer. I am one of the smartest kids, top 5 in a class of 100. I am eloquent and well spoken, I am witty, nice, carring, social skills. I dress very expensive and I drive expensive cars. I live in a mansion(for some reason other teens love friends that are rich) I can make jokes. I am athletic, skinny, tall, excellent shape.

But i still do not see why I am not one of the most popular kids.

also, i am very into business and politics. I have made stock picks that have beat the Lipper Average, and I am only 14!. I bought apple at 50, Exxon at 50, premcor at 20, Boeing at 50. And now those stocks have all double or more.

First of all, there is nothing wrong with being proud of yourself and of who you are. I have a feeling that the other kids in your class know all of your personal stats also. To the normal, average teenager you could be a little unapproachable. Some may be intimidated by your smarts or looks but some could be turned off by the fact that you think so highly of yourself. You have to have something in common (besides nice house, clothes, etc) with the popular kids to be in their group. Don't brag about yourself so much. Nobody likes someone who is constantly tooting their own horn. Be bold and have a get together and do normal teenage things (not trading stock tips).

Well, I used to be popular until 6th grade, which was 5 years ago. I realized that there will always be someone better than me, and thats reality. And now I'm in 10th grade and still am not popular. But I dont really care if I am or not. I'm friends with just about everyone in my school, except for the preppy snobby girls, but popularity is not everything. You sound like a pretty succesful guy, and it seams that you will be succesful all your life. So dont worrie if you're popular or not. May be you turn people away with your expencive clothes and cars. That can be intimidating to people. Trust me, people hate me cause I'm rich. May be you're better off not being popular, popular kids can be really mean sometime, just be happy with who you are.

"Be more concerned with your character rather than your reputation, your reputation is mearly what others think of you where as your character is who you really are."

That quote always helps me. Maybe it will help you.

You may be too perfect which might cause others to feel jealous and/ or turned of by you. Popular people tend to be slightly above average in terms of looks. On the other hand, you may come across as conceded and uncaring. Pay attendtion to your body language it could be saying, "I'm better looking than you and I'm smartet than you."

If they are jealous, be friendly, but the rest is their problem.

Simple answer: you are too cocky. You would think that people would be interested with what you are doing, you are almost all grown up. However, other 14 year cannot relate to you since you don't party and are not interested in doing illegal things. Sorry, kid, teenagers want to hang out with other teenagers, not a nark.

probably because everyone knows how high your standard of living is, so they're intimidated to talk to you.

or maybe because you have character traits that people just can't respect. maybe you have an air of arrogance around you that people don't like. being rich and having all of those luxuries that you speak of worsens that stereotype even further.

why strive for popular when you should strive for being well-liked or respected.

fixing your weaknesses can help you prevent failure, but expressing your strengths is where you find success.

you have all the assets to do so, maybe you should reconsider how you present yourselves to others.

good luck.

It about personality. At 14 nobody wants to talk about the stock markets, why don't you try to act your age.Personally I had wealth growing up but all my friends were the "POPULAR ONES". They were less off finacially, but they were cool as hell! Plus we were the partiers of school, partners in crime, woooo hoooooooooo!

Why are you driving expensive cars at 14?

It sounds to me like you're full of yourself and that's why you're not popular. It doesn't matter how handsome, funny, smart or rich you are, if you don't have a personality to back it up then nobody is going to like you.

My recommendation - get real. Get over yourself. Get a life.

You lack confidence and are too humble.
Since you drive expensive cars at age 14 you are also a criminal.
I know this is a fake question.
