Well I wish to stay married and try and please my wife.She desires more endowment.So either get larger or may get replaced.Where can I get a product that works and is safe without side effects?

Let her know that you guys are aging and ur trying the best you can. Everything isn't going to stay the same forever, if you cant seem to satisfy her that way, try other things that you know she like and give it to her when ever she want it. Theres plenty more ways to satisfy a woman. Some products cant be trusted so I wouldn't recommend any, but if you willing to put your health to the side to please her, try a pharmacy and see what they have to offer and make sure you read the labels carefully. About replacing....well that may lead to a divorce if I was in that situation unless you happy with another man pleasing your WIFE when it should be you. Despite some commercials on tv, I have not heard medical evidence that any drug or surgery can make it bigger. I've heard of devices to be implanted (by qualified doctors) to make it stand up. The best you can do is endurance and at 48, many men suffer from ED (erectile dysfunction, which is erection problem due to medical conditions of diabetes and high blood pressure. A few drugs out there seem to work in that department.

What or who has she been using to make herself "need" things bigger? If she is using this as the alternative of divorce, then she's not much of a woman. Perhaps you do need to find another. But if you that hell bent on this, then I would say to speak to a physician. He will be able to lead you into the right direction.

Find a guy you can get along with that has a huge penis. If your wife is going to replace you with someone with a large penis, you may as well at least get along with him.
