Bottom of the windshield on the drivers side, also may be on the edge of the door on drivers side. Open the door and look on the side about the height of the door handle where it latches on the frame.

Most vehicles have the vin number on the inside of the door, just open the door and it should be right there on a white sticker that has the make, model, color, vin, etc.
The drivers side door.
If you have the title and registration it is probably on there too.

the VIN is a 17 character identification code consisting of numbers and letters, and can be found on numerous places on a car. The best place is right underneath your inspection stickers on your windshield. Other places include: drivers side door, on the firewall, on the transmission, etc...

Drivers side windshield bottom.8" =10 " from the outside look from the outside of the car also drivers door post an in the glove box. ,that where there all at. If not there or gone,or has been damaged, Than you have issues if stopped.As it has been tamped with. Happy hunting
