It means he might be full of sh!t. If he really missed talking to you, the relationship between the two of you might would have worked out if it ended because of him. Just tell him that you all would still be talking if you all were together or if he was single but since he's married lets not pay attention to some of the things he say, remember he's married and its no telling whats going through his mind when he's talking to you.

It means he's probably not particularly happy in his marriage right now, and may be looking for a fool, so he can "have his cake and eat it too". He may just truly miss your friendship, but I'd bet on the odds of the "looking for a fool" idea. Men are not stupid. They know women are emotional beings, so they approach them in an emotional way.

It basically means that he cannot commit to anything he does at a particular time. He was with you, didn't marry you, now he's married to someone else, and wants to be with you. Ever heard of wanting to have your cake and eat it too?

Usually you have something his wife cannot provide for him...could be talking or sexing or any other self-centered thing he could come up with. It is not a compliment so don't think that he wants you permanently.
