So i wanna watch this show and it It premiers on Thursday, 7/19 at 8p EST. what time would that be in Mountain Standard Time?

Unless your picking it up via satellite from an EST station it will 8 o'clock your time, those on borders occasionally get to see things early such as central time zone would get to see it at 7. But best bet is to just check your local listing on Yahoo TV.

I'm in central, so eastern is one hour ahead of me, and I think two hours ahead of you. say it's 6 in EST, Central is 5, Mountain is 4 and Pacific is 3. Just make sure it's airing live and not on a delay for the time zones.

There is a free software you can download and the site is
called "Timesown" which gives different time zones of the world at the same time.

Technically it would be 8pm EDT since we're in daylight savings time right now.

8pm EDT
7pm CDT
6pm MDT
5pm PDT

This is pretty basic stuff. You really should teach yourself the how and why of time zones.
