That is usually included in the target price but the rule of thumb is 12 month price target.

Brokers are like racing tipsters .. they have to say something, but (on average) they have no better idea of where prices are going than you do ..
Of course (just like racing tipsters) if they make enough "predictions", every so often they get lucky and one of their tips comes in ... so my recommendation is to ignore then (actually, some studies have shown that you can make more money doing the exact opposite :-) )

usually u can expect it to be a longer term target about 6-12months
