54 percent of congress thinks that that Bush is probably guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors. So how can Pelosi and democratic candidates run and bet on success in 2008 on Bush's criminal activities, without at LEAST attempting to bring this to justice? Is our country and it's constitution so irrelevant that we ignore that justice should be served?

Unconstitutional wiretapping Unconstitutional use of "conflict Powers". The conflict on Terror isn't an definitely conflict. it truly is a lot greater like the conflict on drugs. we are scuffling with communities of baddies, no longer international locations. Reagan did no longer declare limitless conflict powers in his conflict on drugs...So technically, Bush don't have "conflict Powers" in any respect, previous the scope such powers persist with directly to Iraq and Afghanistan.... Please show me your sources for high crimes. As far as I know, there have been none.

As for 2008, the Dem. party is looking at a monumental failure. Support for Congress is at 14%, just about an all time low. The American public is seeing the failure of the Dem. Congress and will elect a GOP Congress, as most remember the golden days of 2000-2006. This, coupled with a conservative nominee such as Fred Thompson, ensure a GOP landslide victory in 2008!

Is this Mike Niphong? The majority of people believed that the Duke players were guilty. They were wrong right? So please tell me what high crimes and misdemeanors are we talking about. Be specific, a petition would have to be specific so you can to.

The best thing the Democrats could do is keep their mouths shut. They've got their own skeletons. Personally I would rather see both parties relugated to the dust bins of history. They both suck.

They don't really have to do much except keep exposing it to the public...Americans do not like politicians who think they are above the law....thjat is one of the reasons Bush got elected in the first place, because the public did not like Clinton's scandals.

I think it's pretty much concluded. To focus on the negative issue of impeaching the traitor this close to his being ousted anyway may be counter productive when the positive focus of electing responsible alternatives can be supported through positive efforts.
