I've heard that when you are starting in acting and you are really serious about it, you have to start by taking one or two jobs at a local theatre. That's what gets you going. I've searched in alot of places, but I've only found the Paper Mill Playhouse in Millsburn, NJ and Bickford theatre in Morristown, NJ. They're both great, but they're not hosting any auditions for teens right now. It's summer and I reaaly want to do something to imporve my progress. Can anyone list a few theatres, please?

You are a bit late with summer plans. Most summer acting workshops or productions are well under way by now. Have you ever worked with the Tri-State Actor's Theater, they have good programs.
