Its not just black people, though certainly not all black people are like that, but many other people do this as well.

This is because in having seared consciences (consciences that are dead), they view all human relationships in terms of merely power relationships, as one person is always seen as trying to get the better of the other - they know of nothing else.

So if they see a person being kind or considerate to another person, the assumption is made that he is just fawning to get something or is being good because he is afraid of the other, having no clue that the person is doing so because he or she has a genuine respect for the other person's dignity and feelings, for that other person's sake, because true love is operative in that person.

It is so true today that kind and respectful persons are often treated with contempt and made fun of because it is assumed that they are acting in an inferior and submissive manner in a dog eat dog world, as only the strong and ruthless are admired by such as having real human value.

What we see today is an inversion of judgement that has taken place in our world, where good is seen as evil and is punished as such, and evil is seen as good and is rewarded as such.

But it has been related in both the prophetic texts and Scripture that our times will be more perverse than any other of the past, which has indeed come true in spades.

I've been trying to figure that out for a few years now & I still can't get a clear answer. I guess it reminds them of the days when we were forced to be kind to White people by constantly calling them "sir" & "ma'am" whilst bowing & nodding.OR
Perhaps it might be because over time Black strength got confused with being a Black a-sshole & now they appear to be one in the same. If you're not an a-sshole, people think they can step on you or get over on you. OR
It could be that they feel as though you're kissing a-ss to get ahead. However, don't hold your head down. As you can see, there are TONS of kindhearted, well-mannered, educated, intelligent Blacks everywhere you go (yes even in the ghetto). So don't let a few bad apples spoil a really beautiful bunch.

I love being Black & I love my people, but we have flaws. & we can't scream "racism" everytime a flaw is brought to light. Find it & fix it.

Well i have had the opportunity to meet some level headed down to earth black folks. And then there are "those" who make you wonder what the hell happened to them as a child!

I have never understood why, but most of it is genetic. People say it comes from slavery but it's so much deeper than that.

You see, sociopathic people OF ANY NATIONALITY have no brain activity in the frontal lobe of their brains. They are mentally handicap which causes rage, intense jealousy and extreme immaturity. I have witnessed ALL nationality of crazy people not just one.

People see it often in urban community because in certain parts of society(hood) its taught and REWARDED to be insane. They don't realize that behavior comes from a serious mental disorder, all they know is ego, aggression and sex.

Sociopaths feel uncomfortable around people who don't think and live like them, because they see nothing wrong with their mentality.

Well, coming from a black community (i stay a few miles south of ATL) i'll just say...that's kinda how you GOT to be around here: yeah, its f+ucked up, but "it is what it is", nonetheless; and if you come off as some kinda "pushover" or "sucka", you will find your life pretty miserable, especially wit da ladies. And even if you DO think differently, you cant, like...change it; so someone livin where i live, who thinks like YOU, can "complain" all they want, but, if you wanna survive, you'll pretty much have to conform...until your day of "liberation"...by a REAL black leader maybe.

I don't think that's true. You can't judge people by what 1 or 2 people say.I think you have to look at people as their own individaul.I don't think all black/African Americans think that kindness is a sign of weakness, I know people of all races that think that and my personal opinion is that NO ONE should think that.

because blaks have sociopathic personalities, read the profile of a sociopath, it will explain why, it is very clear as to why.
Kind people are the perfect target for a sociopath, they take advantage of the sympathy that comes with being kind.
Basically the sociopath looks for weakness in others as an opportunity to exploit them or take advantage of them, kind people are usually too understanding and forgiving, and their "gaurd" is usually down, so they are not alert to the fact that they could become victims

why do you have to ask a dumb question?
I assume that you have used "kindness" with ALL black people" and found only weakness in "ALL black people"?
