I think you should ask him what he is doing for lunch very casually and ask him to join you...you can pay or not for the lunch but first see his vibe on that...IF you get the signals and only if you are very very sure that he is gay or bi then casually tell him you are. But be careful cause you dont want to have a sexual harrassment case on your hands nor do you want him to go tell everyone that you are gay and cause you work problems. Any way you go about it...GOOD LUCK

Whether he's gay or not, it's never a good idea to get involved with coworkers. If you just want to stare, fine, but if he notices and it makes him uncomfortable, that's also a problem...lol.
