If you know how to play the guitar well, I recommend "Guitarra" by Yoskar Sarante.
The song itself is named after a guitar! However, I should warn you... it's a bachata song that lasts over 5 minutes. You might be able to shorten it to your liking.

I highly recommend looking up flamenco guitar. If you're looking for Spanish music with words, I personally like mariachi. The second link below is the song sung by Antonio Banderas in Desperado, which kicks butt. I found both of these links through yahoo! search, so you can find lots more. =)
