I think I have the Most Annoying neighbors and I can't even say what I feel like doing to them! Their just Ignorant.

I find that annoying neighbors make excellent compost. In your situation, you will be helping the world by eating their young because their offspring will turn into abusers as well if you don't stop it. Bon appetit!

Um, it might make a difference to both your digestion and complexion. I wouldn't. That's a job for the cops. If these people are committing a public nuisance (loud noise) or threatening you in any way, don't mess around, you know it won't get better.

I have the same problem as you! Not much you can do about it! I've called the cops numerous times on them, just makes it worse! The cops don't do anything, and the neighbours finds it amusing! So now, I just ignore them!!
