If he was real - he couldn't be president, because only a "naturalized" citizen can be president. Superman is from Krypton, not even from Earth. Think that pretty much rules him out.

I think he is an illegal immigrant from Krypton. He was born there, but has no papers showing legal immigration. We can't send him back, cause the planet is destroyed. So we'll have to make him President, heck we've done much worse!
