The main guy has black hair and is with these two girls. One has orange and the other has light blue. In the end the blue hair girl gets eaten by a creature and the main guy turns into a flying monster and kills the creature flys out of the place with orange hair girl. There were adult scenes.........if you know what I mean. Also I think they were kidknapped and were in space. Im not sure though.

I think they refered to the main character as guy or something. Maybe its spelled Gai I dont know.

Wait a second... you might be talking about part II of the Urotsukidoji/Overfiend story. See if the characters in the 2nd link look familiar.
But she's right.. there are SO many anime titles you might be talking about, it's difficult to narrow it down just based on that description.
