I would go with the Red Sox and the Padres at this point. I would not mind that World Series at all. Of course, I will watch it regardless of who is in it but of course I would love to see my team(Astros)in it but I am a realist and not an optimist. I know it's quite the long shot.

Division Series: Tigers over Angels in 5, Yankees over Indians in 4, Brewers over Dodgers in 3, Padres over Phillies in 5 (might be the most entertaining series).

LCS: Yankees over Tigers in 5. It's a new season, and Sheffield will stink for the other side as the Yankee pitchers will be healthy and the Tiger pitchers won't. Padres over Brewers in 7. I smell a classic, or maybe that's just the sausages grilling in Milwaukee, but the Padres have the postseason experience and that makes the difference; the Brewers just have a "one year away" aura around them.

World Series: Yankees over Padres in 6. Granted, neither team is as good as they were in 1998, but that'll make it a better series anyway.

No Red Sox? No Mets? No Cubs? Of course not. The Mets and Cubs always choke, and the Red Sox used up their Get Out of Choke Free Card in 2004.

The Yankees will win the Wild-Card and then take the AL pennant.
The Mets will win the NL East and then take the NL Pennant.
