Terrorists aren't a specific colour, creed or nationality. Terrorists aren't all from the Middle East, Pakistan, etc, look at the Basque separatists in Spain, the IRA in Ireland to name a couple (widely supported by US citizens while they killed hundreds). Terrorism has existed long before the US public discovered it in 2001. Terrorism by definition is a threat from the unknown, it can come for anywhere, so I am afraid your question is rather dumb. You might as well ask do Arabs stand out less in the Middle East than in the US ?.
I don't mean to be rude, but rather educate.

They would be more protected here. They would rely on the Constitution -that doesnt apply to non citizens- for protection. Instead of being shot dead they would spend a few years in a nice prison and possibly get back out eventually. People wouldnt report suspicious behavior for fear of being called a racist or other terms. The US and Europe with all their freedoms are perfect places for these cats to do business.

i think the real terrorists are doing a fine job of camouflage.
they are currently hiding in pakistan and afganistan - the places where few if any american troops are fighting them.
all of their money comes from saudi arabia - just like it did on 09/10/2001...

Obviously here. We import all our camo from China...and the mid-east gets theirs from the West Bank.
Case closed.
