Why does my wireless hub keep disconnecting my PC's?

I have a Netgear wireless router that provides Internet access for my laptop and 2 PCs. The PCs are plugged in and they constantly lose their connection; I have to unplug the router and plug it back in to restore the connection. The laptop is wireless and isn't having any problem at all. What's the deal?

Should I toss the router and buy a different brand? Does anybody have a reccommendation?

Do you have your desktops set to hybernate or sleep? Sometimes when a computer shuts down the ethernet ports when going to sleep or hypernate they dont come back on.
