I just found a baby bluejay under my bed this morning. It has been wounded by my cat. It has a cut on its neck (not very bad) and another really bad rip in its side behind its wing. My dad told me to put it outside but whenever I do it screams in pain and puts its head up like I need to feed it. Rite now I am holding it in a latex glove raped in a blanket. It is sleeping but I think it gonna die soon.

You can take it to a vet, but unless you are willing to spend a few hundred bucks for treatment and medication, the vet will probably suggest you euthanize it. There is really nothing you can do for it at home, so either take it to the vet or try to let it die in comfort at your house.

you should take it to a vet, because if you put it outside all that will happen is another predator will take advantage of the opportunity and kill it as well as eat it. also, a vet will know what to do.
