I'd choose the body. As you grow older you learn more things and get wiser. Giving up a 90 year old mind would be like just chucking away 60 years of knowledge about everything-friendships, releationships, cooking, everything...Whereas if you had a 90 year old mind and a 30 year old body, you'd be better looking AND incredibly smart.

Wow can i have both please? lol. I'm actually scared of getting old it's just about not knowing the unexpected and knowing that our future is not certain. In your 90's, having the body of a 30 yr old would probably just guarantee you one thing... a sh@g. Uh and at 90 I think thats one of the last things on your mind. So I would rather grow old gracefully and have a younger mind (like most elders) than be completeley scenile but with an in tact alright body which will probably be of no use to me at that age! If that amkes any sense whatsoever! Anyway no use wishing my life away lol I've only just turned 18 still got a few years left to worry about that :-) xxx

My body's 25 years old, but my mind is still 7, so if I keep it up I'd have the body of a 60 year old with the mind of a 20 year old.

The body of course, if thee body is fit and well it will take care of the mind by being active. If you had the mind but not the body to do all the things your mind wanted .It would be horrible. Better still god should have made us out of plastic then we could get spare parts and have the best of both.

The answer depends on if the body change (ex heart failure) because of the mind or does the mind change (ex stroke) because of the body? I think the mind change because of the body so I'd rather keep the body.

thats a hard one, a healthy body is important, and the older you get the sicker most people get, and the harder it is for them to get around. then again alzheimers destroys your mind and it really hurts those who love you, when you can't even remember who they are. but some old people are still really sound in mind, but all have physical problems. so i guess i would pick the physical part , in order to stay healthy, and able to get around well. and just hope i'm one of those fortunate old people that keep a fully functional brain.

I would rather keep the mind. Watch someone with Alzheimer's in the last several years of life. It is not how I'd want to go.
