Do you mean two types of heart?
In vertebrates, take the case of frog.It has lymph hearts and and normal blood pumping heart.
If you take blood pumping heart into to consideration, then fish have single heart(with one atrium and one ventricle).
Crocodiles, birds, and mammals have double heart( heart with two atria and two ventricles).
In invertebrates, take the case of an earthworm.
It has lateral hearts and laterooesophageal hearts.
In sepia, there are branchial hearts and ordinary blood pumping heart.

Hearts are very complex--they're not just a bunch of random arteries and veins connecting tissue. Fish hearts simply draw in deoxygenated blood in a single atrium, and pump it out through a ventricle. This system is termed "single circulation", as blood enters the heart, gets pumped through the gills and out to the body, Blood pressure is low for oxygenated blood leaving the gills. see web page for diagrams and more ...
