The hospital in the middle of the night, after just having a baby. Everyone has gone home, along with all of the excitement, and they have taken the baby down to the nursery. You are in a strange, cold place. It is weird because for the last nine months you were never really alone due to the fact that there was a little person inside you moving around. It is a very lonely "empty" feeling.

Hard question. I think i've been lonely my whole life, Its hard to pick the loneliest place i've ever been. I'd have to say one time in northern Sudan was pretty bad. I guess you could call it a ghost town, I doubt very much that its even there any more. I stayed in an abandoned home. It reminded me of my childhood, or lack there of.

The middle of Times Square Station i New York City, during one of the busiest times of the day. A friend was supposed to pick me up and never got there. I was stranded in a sea of people that I didn't know, and the only option I had was a return ticket home.

Yeah I agree.. right now. My living room. All i can hear are birds chriping and the sound of this laptop.. its not even mine.. its my sisters. Im such a loser. My job wouldnt let me go down to see my girlfriend in dc for the 4th and her bday so i quit and went 2 see her for the week. Now im stuck here jobless and lonely until school starts and August. Whats my deal?

thinking of someone you love and admire you havent seen for a while or havent talked to you for a while and just sit there with no one to talk to and no one answer your questions on what you should think about the person you miss if they love you or not and not having anything to do but have answerless questions running through your head that would be in my room
