Is it difficult for you to make changes??!!?

in your life? For example, if you are in a job that's just ok is it hard for you to step out and look around for a new one? It is for me....

Yes.
Have been at this job for 12 years...I know I could make more $ somewhere else, but I also have 4 weeks vacation and am darn good at what I do, even tho it gets to me a lot.

Not difficult at all. I change jobs when I don't like the people there and I move houses a lot. I like the variety and the different feelings you get from constant changes.

I guess you could say I like the stability of change

Geez - most of you are such wusses!! I'm 56 years old and I'll jump off in a minute. I've lived in OK (3 towns), TX (2 towns), KS, NE, MO (3 towns), GA (all over the ATL), and DC. It's scary to jump out there, but if you don't, you never really experience anything. I just got this job last year, I love it and my boss loves me, but if something came along that I thought was really better, I'd jump on it in a New York minute.

I'm starting over at 42 - no house, no lady, new job(s) - hey, when you're not happy with your life direction, it'll only get worse over the years. Better to change while you can (not IF)

i like my job and maybe not the hours but if there were something where i made more and better hours id be there dude surfs up
