First, just read these first 3 paragraphs (they're short). Pay close attention to the second and tell me how that can be true.

Does it work for everyone? I walk at an average of 3.5 mph is that fast enough? I burn an average of 450 calories per workout, should I be burning more?

Somebody please help me!

Eh, it doesn't work for me. I walk a lot every day and I don't lose weight. However I do think I have a thyroid problem because I don't lose weight, skip many periods, etc.. So yeah it's probably just me.

Btw, the page is messed up but I read this yesterday.
