I'll cook iskender with lots of butter,yogurt and meshed potatoes.For dessert,kazandibi as you like.
You can drink Raki until you get drunk but don't worry about the dishes ;)

hmmm....


I can make you a platter with Mediterranean antrés like artichoke and fava beans in olive oil then as main dish, I can make mashed eggplants with beef stew on top and almond and butter rice from the Ottoman cuisine. Also some Greek salad with feta cheese and rakı or ouzo to go with it.

I can make you a chocolate souffle from French cuisine as desert and we can finish with Turkish coffee served with almond liquor.



........and you wash the dishes :D
