Super Mario Bros 3. I probably spent hundreds of hours playing that game. And that's not even including when it was re-released on the super nintendo and I played it again. Definitely the best.

mega man, the music was the best, the game was simple but difficult and was soooooo addictive, then turtles which was a similar format to mega man but had a ninja spin on it, then mario bros, which should be the best as i played it the most but that was cos it was the longest and was a staple in the diet so to speak.
