If she was over 18 it would be a different story, she would have her own life to lead and her own experiences to experience. But this girl is only 13 years old and she should defintely be put in her place. So what if she gets mad, this is a problem that needs to be addressed. No matter if she was kidding around or not, you should definately tell her mom. She should not be talking about an orgi, little alone having one.

I would mention it. Chances are a 13 yr. old might not know exactly what an orgy is. On the other hand, if she does, it needs to be stopped. The mom won't be upset; if the daughter is upset you tell her your are a parent, not a friend...there is plenty of time for that when she's older.

All teenagers talk about stuff like this. the trick is to decide whether its just talk, or intentions. I spose i would mention it to mum so she can keep a closer eye on her if anything. If she is serious, shes starting a rather destructive life cycle. Its up to you.

Yes, you should, regardless of whether she'll be upset with you. If it was your daughter wouldn't you want to know?
She could have been lying, but nonetheless she could be doing things that can be harmful to her emotionally,physically and mentally.
And if she has been sexually active, I'm sure her mom would like to know so she doesn't get pregnant or get an STD.
