I base it on question content...not best answers...some questions I avoid which has nothing to do with the asker...I just don't freakin' care if someone is pregnant if because the wind blew Michael Jackson's face mask off...

I wouldn't be able to answer many questions if that were the case. I am very close to 0% best answer.

No, but sometimes when they give Best Answer to some stupid response, and if there were some great answers to chose from.
