No, only regular season games count for career statistics, so the All-Star game, spring training, and postseason games are all excluded.

No, All-Star game statistics do not count towards the regular season record. This is just something to do for fun, in the middle of the season. Take a few days of before the 2nd half starts.

No it wouldn't have. Stats are only counted toward career numbers if they are done during a regular season game. Pre-season doesn't count nor does the All-star game because they are exhibition games. Postseason also does not count. Stats are kept to compare players to other players. In order to do so they have to have been able to play in the same amount of games.

Yeah, sure why not! Spring Training, off season training, post season, and now even the replays on Sportscenter count as home runs too. By that token, Bonds has not only surpassed Aaron with career home runs but has hit more than all of the players in the MLB combined. It makes perfect sense.

Dude, when you type in a question that has been asked before, you get results. Use those instead of looking stupid.

No, the All-celebrity game in elementary terms counts on who gets domicile field benefit interior the international sequence. If the all-stars' stats count variety in direction of the season, it does not be honest to all the different gamers that did not get voted into the game.

Barry Bonds and his steroid swollen head should just retire. I have baseball cards from his rookie year and the changes that his body have undergone are unbelievable.

I agree with roadrunner. His stats are meaningless. he will never be recognized as the long ball king. not after the steroid use. he should just retire and go back to his gay lover. Hank aaron will always be the king. GO BRAVES!!!
