4 Cooked chicken breasts
Lettuce
1/2 cup Low fat sour cream
2 tb. Mayonnaise
1/2 lb Red or green grapes
1/2 cup Sliced or slivered almonds
Salt
Pepper
Cut cooked chicken into bite-size pieces. Wash and tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Mix sour cream, Mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste, and mix with chicken. Cut grapes in half if they are large.
Divide lettuce among 4 plates. Put one-fourth of chicken mix on each plate. Sprinke with grapes and sliced or slivered almonds.

INGREDIENTS
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - boiled
1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
1 (8.75 ounce) can sweet corn
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine the chicken, vegetables, corn, scallions, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. Ready to serve!
