When you say you don't even use your dresser or your closet you are saying there is nothing in either that you use. Start by emptying your closet and dresser and donate the items to a charity, they would love to get it all before school starts. Then go through the rest of your room giving everything a place, if you can't give it a home, get rid of it. Buy bins for storage in your closet and make sure there's a trash can in your room. Every day, clean up when you leave your room, if you're running late clean as soon as you get home. Then you won't have the mess. Seasonally or when you get new clothes, get rid of clothes you don't use. You'll enjoy your room MUCH more and be proud if anyone sees it! It sounds like a lot, but you CAN do it! =)

Set your alarm clock to go off in 15 min´s time, see how much you can do in this short abount of time. Trust me you will be surprised. All dirty clothes next to the beroom door , along with anything else that does not belong. All clean clothes to the closet, but as you have so many off them on your bed, start folding them up. Stop, When the alarm sound´s , stop and have a rest, if you think you would rather carry on , then do the same again. Set your clock for another 15 min´s and carry on the same. You need not do all in one day, if you think you have had enough , then stop. Just remember once you do finish always reward yourself , no matter how small a job , Come back here ask or answer a few Q. Try 15 min´s here and there, after all , you don´t want to be stuck indoors all the time cleaning up your mess , especially when the sun is shining outside, DO YOU ?

Start small. Set aside one area per day, and clean it up. Put the clothes in the dresser, and keep them there. Put the clothes in the closet and keep them there. And soon your room will look great! Also, everytime you bring something into the room, find a spot for it, and put it there. Every time that you take something out, put it back when you're finished. Everyday, take 5 minutes to pick things up, and put them where they go, or to run a dust rag over everything quickly. Also, as soon as you wake up, make your bed. Get into habits so that things are easier to keep neat and clean and organized.

Well, start by getting rid of things you no longer use or need.... Donate clothes/books/cd's/games etc....
Get rid of trash obvious !
Sort the things you do use clothing by season/style and put things you arent wearing into a storage bin label and put elsewhere.
Put away the clothes you are wearing in the appropriate drawers or hang in the closet... I like to organize shirts together, pants together, dresses etc... Just do what works for you....
It's good to air out your bed everyday... Just make the bed and pull the covers down.. So, it's tidy but can air out.....
