i just wanna ask if why some students get sleepy when they have eaten their lunch?you know..after eating their lunch they get sleepy and cant participate in class..is this because of the food digesting in our stomach??or what?????help me??

It sounds like an excellent proposal. Very interesting. Have you checked and made sure there is enough research done on this in order to support the theory you are going to write about? If so, this is a great subject.

How about a comparative analysis of the reactions of the brain to necessay eating (normal meals) compared to recreational eating (chocolates, candy, chrisp, popcorn etc) and semi recreational eating such as snacking and fast foods like KFC and McDonalds.

That way you can provide some interesting conclusions too and even cross reference them to health related data and geographical data.

I would pick a food that you like. Find out its over-all effect on your body (ie: one average slice / portion vs the whole thing). Deeper: Pick an age group and healthy people. How does / did it effect their tryclycerides, weight, general daily feeling? How, according to study, was this food SUPPOSED to effect these areas?
