I artwork in sources administration in California. you're able to desire to first be served with a notice to tell you of an unpaid stability. Then we can deliver a three day to pay or stop (which you will have basically grew to become your keys in interior those 3 days and not have an eviction on your checklist) Then we deliver out the eviction notice and it takes around 30 days from as quickly as we deliver your document to the legal expert. Then we lock you out! that's the way it works at my sources.

Yes, but your landlord may actually wait less than 30 days before staring eviction proceedings. Even so, you can use the law to your advantage while you look for a new place, putting yourself in the same class as illegal aliens, panhandlers and other deadbeats nationwide.

Your mother and father must be so very proud of you.

Dude why take the chance?..Pay your rent, or run the risk of having your crap on the sidewalk. Plus you owe the rent to a friend.....you sound like a looser
