what keys on the keyboard u press to minimise a window. cuz im not sure i want to do w/o d mouse?

Usually ALT N in that order
you can also use ALT + then N

Pressing the Windows key + D will take you back to the desktop, does that help ?

dude to minimize,
just press (the window key +m ) that is to minimize
to log out press (the window key +L)
