Pearl Jam has not done any such thing. They've performed many cover songs at their concerts, including some funny and unexpected choices like "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" and "Everyday People", but they've never released a cover of "It's Raining Men".
Perhaps you meant to say "Would it be a good or bad career decision if..."
