Especially if the person is a good kisser, you may find yourself struggling to keep her out of your mind even after a year! Men's body respond to touch and if its good, you don't get to forget so easily. Whenever you see her or remember her something will be re-awakened in you.
Making out with someone that means nothing to you is usually as a result of physical attraction. If the attraction is intense, the possibility of making out will be high for me. But, I'm very sure i would do everything possible to avoid making out with someone who means nothing to me, because, at times, it leads to an unwanted commitment.

If I made out with them, then yes, I would likely think of them in six months, because I would not have made out with them had I not been interested in them. But if I have since moved on, it would not likely be often. It really depends on the circumstances.
