I was reading a billy graham book before going to bed. Now I don't think this had anything to do with the dream I had.
I had a dream that me fiancee was possessed by the devil.
I also had a dream before that , that I saw fire. What does this mean. I feel like the devil was in my dreams because I was getting closer to god.
Can someone explain ? Please be serious.

God is love. Fear is induced by the other thing. Many preachers use the "fear of god" approach to scare people. But how can you fear something that is Loving? Don't let preachers scare you.

First of all, lets remember that this WAS a dream.
Now. Reading the Billy Graham book was possibly a pre-cursor to you dreaming about what you did, as events of the previous day are in our subconscious.
Referring to Graham, although he was religious and all that that infers, he also once said to Richard Nixon, referring to Jewish people, "This stranglehold has got to be broken or the country's going down the drain." "Stop the Jews and their influence in American life". He also stated about his friends, that they "swarm around me and are friendly to me." But, he confided to Nixon, "They don't know how I really feel about what they're doing to this country". Knowing this, how about we leave this person out of the equation.

Fire is usually thought of as a negative sign, warning you of something. The fact that your fiancee is the devil, which is equated with fire, could imply something her. Are you questioning her fidelity? Has she had an affair in the past? Is there something which is making you question her?.

A different side of the warning could be a warning for her. Maybe she is in danger and need help. Does she have any obvious problems, like an addiction or problems at her job?. Any negative behaviour?.

What kind of fire was it, blazing and ferocious? Or slow buring and mellow. If you dreamt of a roaring fire, this signifies anger. A softer kind of fire could mean pent up anger at someone or perhaps something to do with your fiancee. She seems to be the centre.

On a positive note, it has been said that fire in a dream signifies change. Burning the last remnants of the former life or something that does not exist anymore. Maybe you or your fiancee are experiencing new jobs, surrounding or some sort, or point in your relationship.

At the end of the day, hopefully you would know if something was terribly wrong. Dreaming can be a good indicator of what your conscious is thinking, thoughts that your conscious self cannot bare to see feel at the moment.

Be honest with yourself and i'm sure you'll know what to do.

If you had a dream about your boyfriend being possessed by the devil, it could be that he has a mean streak that you sometimes overlook. Fire could mean many things. Was it unbearably hot in the room that you were sleeping in? Were you ill? Are you worried about something that is serious in your mind only?

everyone knows religion is based in fear. By scaring you into believeing that horrible things will come to you if you don't get in line and behave, the churches guarantee that they will have plenty of sheep to do their bidding. When you were born, god gave you a brain in your head. Not a book in your hand. don't let the people that shove the bible down your throat convince you to stop thinking for yourself.

i think that u might be getting closer to god, or you have maybe just a litttle to much stress. try relaxing and talking to god a little bit more. God will tell u what he is trying to say.
