go to a bar and get drunk and have sex with someone they normally wouldnt have had with? If so, explaine why? And do you think that the woman is responsable for her actions due to the fact of going there drinking in the first place.

For the Record, My opinion is that If you go to a bar and willingly get drunk, have sex but do not say no to it, then you are responsable for your actions, not the guy. The key point is YOU went there to get drunk, and YOU, not anyone else know your limitations. So YOU are responable for your actions, even if drunk, because YOU should have either known when to stop or had a friend there to stop you from doing things that you would normially do.

Of course the woman is responsible. The man only becomes responsible if the woman says "no" and he pushes it. Then it is not consensual. But women are responsible for keeping their wits about themselves and not getting into situations where their judgement is impared.

I have never known a woman to take responsibility for her own actions. They can always come up with a reason that it's your fault.

As The Melvin Udall said when asked "How do you write women so well" - "Just think of a man, but take away reason and accountability"

They should be held accountable. They chose to get drunk. This includes "rape" . . . I never understood how a drunk woman could not consent but a drunk man could rape. Why is one responsible and the other not?

The woman is responsible if she had consensual sex and just regrets it. If she was raped or didn't agree to have sex but had it anyway, that is a different story.

I think a person is always responsible for their own actions no matter what the circumstances are.

your right. woman should never put them self's in a situation at any time. how would we females feel if the men started to yell rape. all I'm saying is people know their limits when it comes to drinking. never put craziness before logic.
