The gentle morning breeze that softly enters an early morning garden is called ‘naseem’ - or baad-e-naseem in Persian, and when this gentle breeze passes through the garden, touching petals of flowers in bloom, it gets laden with their fragrance, that fragrant breeze then is called 'shameem' - or baad-e-shameem.
… both of the words, 'naseem' and 'shameem' are already feminine in gender - usually the names for baby girls .. 'shameemah' in this case perhaps would be to make it more feminine.

I live in Jordan, and i have never heard of such word, maybe u misheard the word, cuz i can't find it in the arabic dictionary
