You can certainly refuse, however they police will interpret this as hostile behavior and find a way tot get you out of the car, i assure you it won't be pleasant.

It is not within your rights to refuse, if an officer request you to get out of the vehicle, you must do so. Otherwise your behavior will be viewed as hostile and most likely land you in hand cuffs.

Generally, no, but if you cannot be certain that it is an officer (if they are plainclothes and in an unmarked car), then it is within your rights to call the dispatcher from your car to verify the stop before you get out. Use caution, and do not give the officer a reason to draw his/her weapon.

No,you are under obligation by law to follow instruction by a police officer. If you refuse they can, and will, drag you out of the car and arrest you immediately.

Depends. The officer should be able to supply you with a reason. They have to have probable cause. But if that probable cause exists, then you are obstructing justice by refusing.

No the courts have said that the officer can do this if he feels endangered. This makes sense to me, usually pretty anti law enforcement.

Sure.

But you are not able to control the consequences, which is possibly being charged with resisting arrest, and all that comes with it.

Why would you refuse? Are you trying to hide something? However, they are not allowed to come into your vehicle without probable cause.
