The headache and dry mouth symptoms are caused by mild dehydration. Alcohol will cause diuresis so drinking plenty of water is a good way to avoid the worst of the hangover and eating before you drink or while you're drinking slows the absorbtion of the alcohol. My last piece of advice is to avoid sweet mixed drinks; the sugar increases the speed with which the alcohol is metabolised.

Berrocca is the BEST......add one tablet to water, and drink away, its basically lots of Vitamin c....
Take an asprin before you go to bed, and drink lots of water.

If you have the hangover now, have a good breakfast, Bacon sarnie, or eggs on toast, and just keep drinking water.....
Hope you arent hurting too much....

A hair of the dog is the answer.

After a few drinks your hangover goes but if you overdo it then, of course, you are destined for another hangover.

the best thing for a hangover is to pop open a beer as soon as you wake up and drink it!
