There is a spring behind the contact point that is supposed to keep the contact pressed up against the bulb. Pull out the bottom part of the socket and stretch the spring a bit if it's still good, and that will solve the problem. If the spring is rusted or broken, your only choice will be to replace the socket.

Put a little lithium grease in the socket. It will help hold the bulb and prohibit corrosion.
